Terms of service
Short terms, in plain English.
Last updated: April 2026. These terms govern your use of automatebusinessnow. By signing up you accept them. We'll email 30 days before any material change.
Draft — counsel review pending. This document is drafted by the founding team to capture our operating posture. A licensed attorney will review and finalize before enforcement at general availability. If you're evaluating this for enterprise or regulated use, email legal@automatebusinessnow.com for the reviewed version.
1. Who we are
automatebusinessnow is operated by Chosen Ascendance LLC (“we”, “us”). The service is a platform of AI employees (design, copy, analysis, coding, consulting, etc.) plus autonomous agents. You give us a plain-English request; we route it to the right AI and return a usable output. You pay with credits.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One account per person. You can't share or sell your login. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, email us so we can lock it.
3. Credits + payments
Signup grants 200 free credits. Paid plans and one-off top-ups are billed through Stripe.
- Monthly plansrefresh your plan's credit bucket each billing cycle. Unused plan credits don't carry over.
- One-off top-ups stack on top and expire 12 months after purchase. We send a 30-day and 7-day reminder email before anything expires.
- Refunds on failureare automatic — if a job fails before finishing, we credit you back the reservation.
- Refunds on dissatisfaction— if an output is unusable, email us within 30 days and we'll credit you back.
- Cancelation— cancel any time in your Credits page. Purchased credits you've already paid for stay usable until their 12-month expiry.
4. Content you create
You own whatever you generate using our AI employees, subject to the underlying third-party AI providers' terms that we incorporate by reference (the current subprocessor list lives in our Privacy Policy and is kept up to date). You may use outputs commercially. You are solely responsible for what you do with the outputs, including verifying facts, names, claims, and that the content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. AI output — no guarantees
AI makes mistakes. Outputs can be wrong, made up, biased, or inconsistent. You must review every result before using it in customer communications, legal documents, financial decisions, or anywhere the stakes are non-trivial. The service is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what applicable law requires us to provide.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to do anything illegal or harmful. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy. Short version: no CSAM, no harassment, no stalking, no weapons or drugs ops, no spam, no impersonating real people without consent, no attacking our infrastructure, no bypassing our rate limits or abuse controls, no training competing models on our outputs. Violations get your account terminated without refund of plan fees (we'll still refund unused top-up credits).
6.5. ABN Studio + ABN Coder (the IDE / extension)
When you sign in to ABN Studio or the ABN Coder VS Code extension, you authorize the app to send the files, selections, terminal output, and tool results you share with it to the third-party model you picked. ABN Studio and ABN Coder are the only ABN surfaces where the provider is intentionally surfaced to the user — the underlying provider name is part of the model picker so you can choose deliberately. ABN never silently re-routes a chosen model id to a different provider. You retain ownership of your code and outputs subject to each provider's own usage terms (each provider's terms apply transitively — see our AUP). You can revoke an IDE's access any time at /app/api-keys; revoked tokens stop working immediately.
7. Autonomous agents + approvals
When you configure an autonomous agent with tool access (Gmail, HubSpot, etc.) you are authorizing us to act on your behalf through those tools, bounded by the per-agent policy you set. Sensitive actions go through the Approvals inbox where you review and approve before execution. If you set an agent's policy to auto-approve, the agent's actions are binding on you. We run a per-user circuit breaker that auto-pauses your agents if their error rate exceeds 10 percent over an hour — we will not resume them without your intervention.
8. Data + privacy
Our handling of your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. In plain English: we never sell your data, we never use your prompts or outputs to train our own models, we don't let one user see another user's jobs, and you can export or delete all your data from Settings.
9. Our liability + indemnity
Our total liability to you is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost customers, reputational harm) even if we were told they were possible. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your violation of these terms. These limits apply to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
10. Changes + termination
We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes get 30 days email notice. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate the service entirely, we'll give 60 days notice and refund unused top-up credits on a pro-rata basis.
11. API service — partner use
If you obtain an ABN API key and use the ABN API in your own application or service (whether internal-only or to your end users), the following terms apply in addition to everything above:
11.1 — API services framing + sublicense restriction. You may use the ABN API solely to integrate ABN workflow services into your application. You may make your application available to your end users, provided the ABN API is not exposed, resold, sublicensed, rented, leased, transferred, or offered as a standalone model/API service. We may use third- party AI providers to perform the services. You receive no direct rights to any third-party model, API, provider account, or provider service.
11.2 — End-user compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your application and your end users comply with the ABN Acceptable Use Policy and any applicable third-party provider usage policies incorporated by ABN. You must not use the ABN API to bypass provider restrictions, safety systems, rate limits, geographic restrictions, or commercial access requirements.
11.3 — API secrecy. You must keep ABN API keys confidential and may not expose keys in client-side code, public repositories, mobile binaries, logs, or other insecure locations. For browser / mobile / end-user-facing distribution, you must mint short- lived
abnct_* client tokens server-side and distribute those instead. You must promptly notify ABN of suspected compromise (security@automatebusinessnow.com).11.4 — Pass-through restriction. You may not use the ABN API to build or offer a substantially similar API, model gateway, AI model marketplace, provider proxy, or credit-based resale service. ABN does not sell raw model or provider access through the public API.
12. Governing law + disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Delaware under the AAA commercial rules, except either party may bring small-claims court actions in the user's jurisdiction. Class-action waiver applies where enforceable.
