Signup, credits, your first job.
How does the free tier work?Expand
Sign up with email or Google and you get 200 credits, no card required. That's enough to design a logo, draft a cold-email sequence, and try one autonomous agent. Nothing charges until you decide to add a plan or top up.
What's a credit?Expand
A credit is how you pay for each job. Short text jobs are a couple credits, a logo is around 8, a full landing page is around 50. Your first 200 credits are free — enough to feel the value before you spend anything.
Do top-up credits expire?Expand
No. Anything you buy outside a plan — the $1–$100,000 custom top-up — never expires. The 200 free credits at signup carry a 12-month expiry; we email you twice before any expire.
Do plan credits roll over?Expand
Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and unused plan credits don't carry over. That's what top-ups are for — anything you top up outside the plan stays on your balance forever.
What happens after I burn through my free 200 credits?Expand
Nothing breaks. You'll see a banner asking you to add a plan or top up. Existing chat threads and projects stay accessible. Once you add credits, everything resumes where it left off.
Using AI employees
How chat, models, and agents work.
Do I need to know how to code?Expand
No. You type what you want in plain English. We figure out which AI employee should do it and hand you back the result.
Do I pick the employee, or does the system?Expand
Both work. Type what you need in the universal chat and the system picks the right specialist behind the scenes. If you'd rather pin one ("always run this through the Copywriter"), open the employee from the AI Employees menu and that becomes the default for that conversation.
What's the difference between chat and autonomous AI employees?Expand
Chat employees do one job, one result — you ask, they answer, done. Autonomous employees run on a schedule, connect to your apps (email, CRM, spreadsheet), keep memory between runs, and ask you before doing anything risky.
Do AI employees remember our previous conversations?Expand
Chat employees keep your full conversation history — open the sidebar's Recents to resume any thread. Autonomous AI employees keep a structured memory you can view, edit, and pin from each agent's detail page.
Can it generate images, video, and voice — not just text?Expand
Yes. The Graphic Designer makes images. Studio handles video and motion. Models page exposes the long-tail catalog (905+ image, video, voice, music, upscale models) on the same credit balance — pick one, fill its inputs, run.
What if I want a fully custom AI employee for my workflow?Expand

Are my prompts used to train AI models?Expand
No. We don't train any model on your data, and every model vendor we route to runs on a no-train enterprise endpoint — your data is never used in their training either. Full subprocessor list lives on our Privacy page.

What does the $29 plan actually cover?Expand
3,000 credits per month. Enough for a logo, 4–5 marketing pieces, a landing page, and ad-hoc consulting. Upgrade when it stops being enough.

Any time, one click in your Credits page. Credits you already paid for stay on your balance and never expire.
Can I get a refund?Expand
If a job genuinely fails or returns garbage, your credits auto-refund. If you accidentally bought a plan you didn't mean to, email us within 7 days and we'll reverse it.
Data & privacy
Where your data lives, GDPR, and deletion.
Is my data safe?Expand
We never sell or share what you put in. Each user only sees their own jobs. Your prompts train nothing — they're used for the one job, persisted so you can rerun, and that's it.
Where does my data actually live?Expand
On a US-based, SOC-2-certified database. Files you attach are stored encrypted at rest. The full subprocessor list is on our Privacy page along with what each one receives (just the prompt + any attachments needed for the one job).
Can I export everything I've made?Expand
Yes. Settings → Your data → Export downloads a single JSON file with every job, agent run, memory entry, and ledger row. No support ticket needed.
Can I delete my account?Expand
Yes. Settings → Your data → Delete account. Type the word DELETE to confirm and your auth, jobs, threads, agents, memory, and ledger get wiped. Stripe customer record stays for tax/compliance, no other personal data.
Everything else
How fast does a job actually run?Expand
Most chat jobs return in 2–10 seconds. Logos and longer copy land in 20–60 seconds. Full apps and business plans can take 1–3 minutes. You'll see a status indicator the entire time so you know it's working, not stuck.
What's the best first thing to try?Expand
If you have a business already, ask the universal chat to write your next cold email or rework your homepage headline. If you're starting from scratch, hit "Launch a new business" — it gives you a one-page plan, a name, a logo, and a landing page in about three minutes.
What if I mess up?Expand
Nothing breaks. You can rerun, rephrase, or delete anything. If a job fails before finishing, your credits don't get charged.
Can I upload my own brand or files?Expand
Yes. Every chat takes attachments — images, PDFs, CSVs, Word docs, spreadsheets. Drop in your logo, your customer list, or a one-pager and the AI will use it as context for the job.
Can the AI keep working overnight while I'm asleep?Expand
Yes — that's what autonomous AI employees are for. Set up an Outbound Sales agent, give it your CRM connection, and it'll dial, email, and qualify leads on a schedule. Sensitive actions (sending the actual email, charging a card) wait for your approval in the Approvals inbox.
Will this work with my existing tools — QuickBooks, Excel, HubSpot?Expand
For self-serve jobs (design, copy, plans, analysis, apps): paste or upload what you have. For deeper integrations — phone systems, CRMs, inventory, AR — connect them on the Connections page (500+ tools available) or book a free call for the custom on-prem side.
Do you run live workshops or training?Expand

What if the AI gives me something wrong?Expand
You can always rerun. Worst case you spent a couple credits. There's a thumbs-up / thumbs-down on every reply — if you flag it bad with a comment, we credit you back and use the report to tune the system.
